The HR Associate (Admin & Engagement) keeps the office running smoothly by overseeing administrative support for the HR department and focusing on employees’ well-being and engagement activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor daily office operations
- Procurement for office supplies and pantry restocking
- Responsible for overall employee welfare
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Assist the HR department in administrative tasks including but not limited to staff housing arrangements and interview arrangements

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in office management or employee engagement is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong organisational ability to keep track of tasks assigned
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management
- Proactive, detail-oriented and resourceful

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
