**Job Description**:
The Manager of Sales and Commercial Operations will be responsible for the design and implementation of effective sales and commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion of our business model across the region. In addition, the role holder will develop and execute new, innovative approaches to drive efficiencies across our Sales and Commercial Operations processes to achieve the best in class sales execution. The position will work closely with regional business leaders to implement and coordinate systems and procedures, and interface with regional and global business partners.
**Responsibilities**
Sales Enablement Execution
- Own the Sales Strategy and Sales Enablement implementation and ongoing execution to ensure effective use of CYBS global sales strategy and methodology
- Collaborate with leadership and sales management to accelerate deal velocity and the number of closed opportunities that go to market and perform at or above forecasted business cases
- Partner with the Global Sales Strategy & Enablement teams to adopt and drive CYBS global sales strategy
- Execute the overall direct and indirect sales enablement program across AP, inclusive of all products, enhancements, and solutions for CyberSource’s direct and indirect sales channels
- Deliver ad-hoc product trainings to educate and inform direct sales teams of upcoming product enhancements/launches. Coordinate with product owners to shape content and deliver cohesive and relevant content.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise sales guidance and Global and Asia Pacific best practice sharing across regional teams
- Develop, Adopt, re-purpose best-practice resources and roll out systematic training for in-market teams to raise awareness and measure performance
Business Planning and Operations
- Work directly with Asia Pacific market leads, partners and clients to evaluate new use cases as well as optimizing and expanding use of existing CyberSource’s products and solutions
- Develop and track meaningful sales opportunity pipeline and performance metrics that enable the CYBS Sales teams to more effectively manage clients and drive revenue in partnership with the BI and Comm Ops team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners - internally and externally. Build relationships with key Visa stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor to CyberSource and MSA sales team in sales commercial discussions
Work with the sales leadership team and sales colleagues to execute and drive strategic & business planning, accurate sales pipeline management, territory management, and methodology, aligning with the broader Merchant Sales & Solutions Work with global functions (Product, Marketing) to deliver the go-to-market strategy and commercialisation of existing and new products in marketsSME Deal Support
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure SME Commercial deal offerings during client negotiations and proposals and preparation of RFP responses
- Work in conjunction with Deal Management and Commercial Solutions teams to implement Global Best Practices (Amplification and Boosting processes)
- Recommend and influence SME deal structures to enable commercial partnership initiatives with financial institutions, acquirers, payment facilitators, merchants and other financial and technology partners across Asia Pacific to drive revenue growth and foster international expansion in the region
**Qualifications**:

- A strong track record of role modelling Visa’s Leadership Principles
- A strategic mindset who understands broad market trends and penetration tactics while identifying key insights and developing them into business strategies
- Experience in sales enablement, program management, product management, business consulting, sales, or marketing with increasing responsibility, including working with sales organization(s) to deliver educational training solutions to improve sales competencies
