**Job Description**:
**Position Summary**
The Head of AP Commercial Operations is responsible for the design and implementation of effective commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion of Visa’s Cybersource (CYBS) business unit. This position plays a critical role within one of the fastest growing parts of the Visa business in AP, developing and executing new approaches to drive process efficiencies and achieve best-in-class sales execution, value, and impact for the region. The position will work closely with regional business leaders to implement and coordinate systems and procedures, and interface with regional and global business partners. She/He will be an essential member of the CYBS Asia Pacific management team supporting regional sales transformation initiatives such as: adoption of the global sales methodology, sales enablement, sales compensation, business planning, and communications.
This is a senior leadership position, overseeing a team of Commercial Operations professionals to ensure accurate and timely pipeline and forecast management, expense and productivity targets, sales incentives, multi-year planning and other activities.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee commercial operations with the AP region and establish strong foundational structures that will enable commercial operations delivery for years to come. Contribute strategically and autonomously to the multi-year global Sales transformation and global Commercial Operations transformation, and execute on the necessary strategic initiatives for AP.
- Represent the AP region in providing feedback to the global teams on regional needs, removing any obstacles for growth and adapting global requirements to be relevant for AP market conditions in alignment with respective senior leaders.
- Work with their team to build the annual operating plan as well working with the VP Global Sales Operations to ideate and innovate on multi-year planning and thought leadership towards accelerating bookings and revenue growth. Working with global sales leadership and colleagues to enable accurate strategic & business planning, revenue forecasting, and key initiatives, aligning with the broader Visa strategy across the region as well as globally to promote consistency and alignment.
- Work with Deal Management, Pricing, and regional sales teams on commercial deal offerings, through client negotiations and proposals, including support and preparation of bespoke pricing, commercial constructs, and RFP responses. Own the regional deployment and implementation of sales processes including contract management, pricing approvals, taxation, risk and audit activities.
- Work collaboratively with Sales and the Global Sales Compensation team in executing and maintaining a regional sales compensation plans, based on corporate policies, business goals, and internal systems. Work with internal functional groups (HR, Legal) to ensure compensation strategies support both corporate needs and regional requirements.
- Work with Sales leadership to define requirements for effective sales enablement programs to ensure sales resources are enabled and appropriately skilled to perform effectively and that the corporate sales methodology is embedded through the organisation.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

- At least 10 years of significant experience in Commercial Operations management, Financial management and strategic Sales operations planning in a B2B high-growth sales environment, with a demonstrable track record of constructing strategic plans and successfully executing against them with a collaboration mindset. Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD/PhD) preferred.
