**Job Description**:
The Senior Manager of AP Sales and Commercial Operations will be responsible for leading the implementation of effective sales and commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion of our business model across the region. In addition, the role holder will develop and execute new, transformation projects to drive our Sales and Commercial Operations processes to achieve best in class sales execution. The position will work closely with Value Added Services (VAS) /CyberSource (CYBS) regional and global business leaders to implement and coordinate systems and procedures.
**Responsibilities**:
Sales Enablement and Execution
- Own Strategy implementation, Sales Enablement and ongoing execution to ensure effective use of VAS global sales methodology.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to accelerate deal velocity and the number of closed/won opportunities that perform at or above forecasted business cases.
- Partner with the Global Sales Strategy & Enablement teams to adopt and drive VAS/CYBS global sales strategy, regularly tracking product penetration and adoption performance.
- Execute the overall direct and indirect sales enablement program across AP, inclusive of all products, enhancements, and solutions for VAS/CYBS’s direct and indirect sales channels.
Business Planning and Operations
- Work directly with the VAS/CYBS Asia Pacific Leadership Team to expand the VAS/CYBS’s products and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as a trusted advisor to the VAS/CYBS sales teams in sales commercial discussions.
- Work with the sales leadership team and sales colleagues to execute business planning and drive forecast accuracy.
- Align with the broader Merchant Sales & Acceptance Solutions team, work with the global functions (Product, Marketing, etc.) to deliver the go-to-market strategy.
- Work in conjunction with Deal Management and Commercial Solutions teams to implement Global Best Practices (amplify and promote best practice processes)
- Recommend and influence SME deal structures across Asia Pacific to drive revenue growth and foster international expansion in the region.
The AP CyberSource (CYBS) Commercial Operations team is tasked with leading a cohesive, globally consistent Sales and Commercial operations strategy and delivery model. We have six functional areas of focus which are,
1. Pipeline Management and forecasting of new sales, net revenue and performance metrics.
2. The Business Intelligence with a focus on propensity strategies, trends, data analytics, dashboards and sales tools
3. Deal Management and structuring, commercial solutions and contract lifecycle management
4. Business Planning will focus on sales process delivery and optimization, sales cadence governance, business operations, inclusive of risk and audit activities.
5. Sales Compensation, incentive programs, and quota performance
6. Sales Enablement, training and adoptions of sales methodologies
This position will support the global sales function of our Visa Value Added Services (VAS) organization, which is a USD8B+ revenue portfolio. You will be part of a high-impact sales & commercial operations team responsible for empowering the next chapter of growth for Visa.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
**Qualifications**:
1. At least 10 years of work experience, including significant experience in financial management and strategic sales operations planning in a B2B high-growth sales environment.
2. Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent with focus in Business/Finance or related business field
3. Strong communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships in a complex, matrix organization, including collaboration among Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product, Technology and Customer Service teams at diffe
