**JOB PURPOSE**
- The Senior Planner is accountable for coordinating the supply and demand for a wide range of portfolio within the productions in the Rest of Asia region._
- He/She will participate on business planning activities, target setting and deep dive on all aspects on the inventory management & orders fulfilment._

Key accountabilities includes
- Demand Planning - unconstrained/ constrained based on sales forecast, history, annual business plan and market updates and demand maneuvering within cycle. Further adjustment based on supply situation
- Sensible replenishment planning to various supply points based on demand planning, warehouse inventory levels and incoming inventory.
- Inventory Management - Inventory and aging, to partner with sources to minimize supply delays and manage communications with regional stakeholders
- Regional S&OP preparation and hosting and to be the Global S&OP representative
- Report, analyze and take effective actions to improve or tackle situations
- Lead and engage projects leveraging his/her expertise and experience for value creation in end-to-end supply chain

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
- Strong business and acumen skills
- Good knowledge on SAP APO, MM & PP module
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power BI
