
Service Request Administrator

**Job Title**: Service Request Administrator (with DC Ops Support)
**Location**: Singapore, Buona Vista
**Contract Type**:12 MONTHS, CONTRACT
**Salary**: Up to $3,000 per month
**Working Hours**:40 hours per week + 1 Saturday each month (rostered)
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year (Government sector experience is an advantage)
**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Service Request (SR) Management_
- Raise and manage service requests (SRs) via the ITSM portal.
- Follow up with BAU teams to ensure timely closure of SRs.
- Act as liaison with external agencies for SRs and communications.
- Maintain accurate records of past and ongoing SRs for reporting and tracking.
- Data Center (DC Ops) Support_
- Assist with daily data center operations, monitoring, and incident handling.
- Provide hands-on support for hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for escalations and scheduled maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with security and operational protocols within the data center.
- Support audits, asset management, and documentation of DC Ops activities.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT Service Desk, ITSM, or DC Ops support.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM tools and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with data center environments (access control, hardware handling, monitoring).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a positive, solution-driven attitude.
- Government sector experience will be an advantage.
