**Job Description**:
**Team Summary**

The Singapore CyberSource team is a field sales team within our growing Asia Pacific (AP) business that helps drive the expansion of Visa Merchant Specialized Sales business in the AP market.

This team is responsible for targeting online merchants, acquirers and service providers as well as other companies accepting online payments to add them to our growing digital products portfolio. The team also works closely with other Visa teams to offer visa products for checkout, processing, analytics, fraud, security, and other digital solutions to the APAC market.

**What a Senior Business Development Manager does at Visa**:

- Identify prospects, drive pipeline development, manage the sales process and close new businesses
- Effectively lead revenue generation while meeting strategic business objectives
- Design and execute strategic sales campaigns
- Provide market expertise to properly identify, qualify, and create account plans
- Meet and exceed challenging quarterly sales goals
- Establish and expand relationships with large clients and prospects
- Actively contribute to the evolving business and product strategy
- Aid in the completion and presentation of RFPs and RFIs.
- Work closely with our Product Management team to maintain technical and functional knowledge of existing and new products

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:
What you will need:

- Bachelor s degree in business adminstration or equivalent (MBA Desired)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B enterprise software or technology consultative sales
- Previous experience in the eCommerce, merchant and payment industries
- Previous experience selling technology to a specific list of targeted accounts
- Strong written and verbal communication and excellent presentation skills
- Strong background with demonstrated success closing high volume business
- Experience with managing longer sales cycles and driving multiple simultaneous opportunities to success
