**Job Description**:
**Team Summary**

Technical Sales and Delivery team works in tandem with Sales team to support PreSales activities and own the delivery of CyberSource implementation projects with acquirers, merchants and partners across Asia Pacific.

**What a Sales Engineering Project Manager does at Visa**:
Client Delivery
- As a Project Manager in Technical Sales and Delivery team, you would work closely with Sales Engineers/Client Implementation Specialists to manage new CyberSource implementations, product upsell and RFP support.
- Provide project artifacts not limited to Project Plan, Statement of Work, Design Documents.
- Own full responsibility of end to end delivery from Ideation to go live.
- Be first point of contact for clients and manage stakeholders internally and externally.
- Participate and/or lead calls associated with client implementations - this may include internal and/or external clients
- Collaborate with internal Visa teams to manage the deliverables.
- Provide responsive, accurate, and timely communications to internal and external stakeholders

Reporting
- Build and maintain MS Dynamics and PowerBI reports and dashboards
- Track Signed not live matrices and collaborate with global teams for reporting purpose.
- Maintain and track monthly scorecards, snapshots and other internal reports.

General
- Build and enhance positive working relationships with Visa clients and internal stakeholders (i.e. Product Development, Technical Account Manager, and Account Management)
- Provide training (and share knowledge) to internal and/or cross-functional teams and external clients, as applicable
- Negotiate amongst various Visa teams and coordinate resources to ensure delivery on commitments
- Contribute to department processes and procedures
- Management of complex implementations ensures Visa and Clients are aligned and keep on track during the project delivery phase. Critical to speed up time to revenue and proactively manage risk throughout delivery.

**Qualifications**:
What you will need:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or equivalent qualification
- 6 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years’ experience in Project Management
- Experience using standard MS Office tools (e.g. Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem determination and customer relations skills
- Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills are essential
- Effective verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required
- Demonstrate ability to articulate technical terms or processes into business language
- Able to remain calm and professional in high stress situations
- Ability to follow processes, procedures and adjust to a continuously changing environment
- Occasional travel to other Visa offices and/or onsite client visits

What will also help:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience in payments or financial domains is a plus.
- Experience in working with MS Dynamics, PowerBI

Projects you will be a part of:
As a Project Manager in Technical Sales and Delivery team, you would work on managing end to end delivery of different CyberSource implementation projects related to Payment gateway/processing, Mass Transit Transport(MTT) and various Merchant implementation projects.
