Singapore IPS-Integrated Project Services Full time

IPS is hiring We are looking for a talented
Design Manager
to join our industry-leading Architectural team in
Singapore .
The Design Manager manages and coordinates activities of architectural and engineering functions, providing the manpower and technical resources necessary for overall project design development and support.
Coordinates with project managers to determine scope, complexity, and planning/scheduling requirements of projects.
Assigns department personnel to provide engineering and technical support, determining personnel needs with appropriate qualifications.
Prepares manpower and cost estimates for the department as required.
Prepares regular and special reports and analyses, setting forth progress, adverse trends, and recommendations.
Participates in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations.
Maintains confidentiality of all IPS and client information at all times, in accordance with IPS directives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering, Project Delivery, or related discipline within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, superior communication skills, team building, and a strong work ethic. Ability to build rapport with department staff. Demonstrated administrative capacity to plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate technical work, and obtain cooperation from others.
Ability to work independently in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Mandarin speaker.
All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually, with
video required .
