Singapore IPS-Integrated Project Services Full time

**Job Description**:
IPS is hiring We are looking for a talented **Design Manager** to join our industry-leading Architectural team in **Singapore.**

The Design Manager manages and coordinates activities of architectural and engineering functions, providing the manpower and technical resources in a specific functional area necessary for overall project design development and support.
- Coordinates with project manager to determine scope, complexity and planning/scheduling requirements of projects
- Assigns department personnel to provide engineering and technical support and determines personnel needed with most appropriate individual qualifications
- Prepares manpower and cost estimates of department as required
- Prepares regular and special reports and analyses, setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations
- Participate in preparation and delivery of sales presentations
- Maintain confidentiality of all IPS and client information at all times, in accordance with IPS directives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/relevant degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering, Project Delivery or a related discipline working on projects within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is essential.
- Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, superior communication skills, team building, and strong work ethic. Must be able to build a report with department staff.ogressive ability, capacity and aptitude in administration to plan, organise, supervise, coordinate technical work and obtain cooperation from others.
- Ability to work on own initiative in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Mandarin Speaker.
