Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Director/Senior Design Manager at BLINK Design Group. The role is located in Singapore. The Project Director/Senior Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing design projects, managing client relationships, leading design teams, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. They will also collaborate with clients to develop creative and innovative design solutions that align with their vision and the company's standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in project management and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • Experience in the luxury hospitality design sector is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
