- Must have strong commands of technical and construction knowledge and drawing
- Strong command of presentation skill
- Strong design leadership and independent
- Able to perform Team Management, Training & Mentoring
- Excellent in organisational skills and client management
- Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally
- Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure
- Understanding of financial aspects of running a design project on time and on budget
- Demonstrate a high level of professional integrity
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently

A Senior Designer is responsible for producing high quality project design deliverables in both FF&E and construction documents. A Senior Designer can work on any or all phases of development including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration. They report to the Design Director and Commercial Director on tasks and deliverables and work directly with him or her to ensure the facilitation of a project's completion; on-time, on or under-budget, and meets Thinkscape quality standards. In one or a combination of areas of expertise, a Senior Designer has a high level of mastery in Construction Documentation and or Concept Development or Selections.
