Lead Mechanical Engineer Position

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review contract documents and make necessary revisions
  • Create MTOs (Manufacturer's Technical Offers) and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
  • Study drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Interface with clients to make progress claims and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Support senior management in making key decisions and resolving complex problems
  • Manage site activities, including supervising site workers, subcontractors, and main contractors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
  • At least 5-15 years of experience in the related field, preferably with LTA experience
  • Strong accountability, communication, and leadership skills
