Roles & Responsibilities

Mechanical Engineer Lead

  • Responsible for the mechanical design and development of commercial notebook computers.
  • Use Creo design software for 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements and manufacturing feasibility.
  • Participate in design reviews, provide improvement suggestions, and ensure product quality and cost efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during the design and production phases.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering of related fields.
  • Minimum 4-years experience of Mechanical Engineering in PC industry.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Chinese to liaise with chinese speaking candidate.
  • Proficient in Creo design software, capable of complex 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and structural analysis, with the ability to optimize product designs.
  • Familiarity with commercial notebook mechanical design standards and material selection.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to quickly address challenges in design and production.
  • Prior experience in the mechanical design of commercial notebooks or other electronic products is preferred.
  • Supervisory Experience.
