Engineer Design Project Manager

We are looking for a talented Engineer Design Project Manager to join our industry-leading Architectural team in Singapore.

In this role, you will manage and coordinate activities within an industry-leading team, providing the manpower and technical resources in a specific functional area necessary for overall project design development and support.

Additional Responsibilities

• As the project manager, determines the scope, complexity, and planning/scheduling requirements of projects 
• Assigns department personnel to provide engineering and technical support and determines personnel needed with the most appropriate individual qualifications
• Prepares manpower and cost estimates of the department as required
• Prepares regular and special reports and analyses, setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations
• Participate in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations
• Maintain confidentiality of all IPS and client information at all times, in accordance with IPS directives.
• Coordinates all disciplines amongst the team

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/relevant degree.
• Preferably 10 to 15 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Project Delivery, or a related discipline, working on projects within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is essential.
• Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, superior communication skills, team building, and strong work ethic.
• Must be able to build a rapport with department staff, progressive ability, capacity, and aptitude in administration to plan, organise, supervise, coordinate technical work, and obtain cooperation from others.
• Ability to work on own initiative in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Mandarin Speaker.
