Assist in the recruitment process, including recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, and orientation, maintenance of the HR document, staff P-files, leave update & record, meetings, event arrangement, report, client’s visiting, attendance report and etc.
- Petty cash record and manage monthly supplier payment management. Helping the accounting department with other finance and admin job.
- Letters & couriers receiving and sending, scanning, data entry. Daily office work management.
- Office rental management and record, liaise with the management office and landlord.
- Clients' company stator secretarial book filing and keeping and report to Secretarial Manager. Clients' company bank statement filing, keeping, and compliance, report to Accounting Manager.
- Deal with the affairs of company media advertisement like web-based content editing and updating regularly.
- Other Ad-hoc job. Requirements: 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Computer skills in MS Office. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills and a team player.5 days’ work 9.00 am to 6.00 pmNear Tanjong Pagar MRT Station
