We are looking for an Finance and Admin Assistant to manage our company’s administrative work, accounts payable and receivable. Responsible to manage office supplies, open letter box, scan letter to customer, documentation ACRA transaction, processing payments and etc.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Admin or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping.
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow up with clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Office administrative work
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings
- ACRA transaction documentation
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Provide administrative and financial support to superiors
