We are seeking a **Finance and Admin Assistant**to support our finance and administrative functions.
- **Position**:Finance and Admin Assistant
- **Responsibilities**:Finance and General Administrative Functions
- **Location**:Central area, within walking distance of the MRT station
- **Working Hours**:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Key Responsibilities**
**Finance Responsibilities**:
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**:Prepare payment schedules to ensure timely payments, assist in payment processing, prepare payment vouchers and prepare tax invoices.
- **GST Compliance**:Accurately record input tax amounts in the GST listing.
- **Payroll**:Manage staff petty cash claims, prepare CPF schedules, and prepare payslips.
- **Ad-hoc Finance Support**:Assist in finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
**Administrative Responsibilities**:
- **Business Support**:Provide administrative assistance to the Business Development Team, including contract management and proper documentation.
- **General Office Administration**:Handle printing, scanning, filing, stamping, record-keeping, and arranging courier services etc. Manage and organize files, including using and maintaining cloud folders to ensure clear categorization and easy access for the team.
- **Inventory Management**:Check and replenish office stationery and pantry supplies on a monthly basis.
- **Compliance Support**:Assist in handling documents related to government departments, such as company questionnaires and compliance-related paperwork.
- **Other Administrative Duties**:Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Director.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum A-Level or Diploma qualification.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience; fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also welcome.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Good spoken and written in both English and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous.Able to start immediately or within short notice.
