Singapore THE RED PENCIL (SINGAPORE) Full time

The Admin and Finance Assistant will report directly to the General Manager (Singapore) to provide administrative, accounting and fundraising support **.
a) 2 or 3 days work week (9am-6pm), or

b) 5 days work week (Mon-Fri; half day for AM or PM)

**Responsibilities**
- Collate and prepare finance matters, budget, audit documents, bank documents and grant reports
- Liaise with the outsource book-keeping company to ensure the accounts are in order
- Track donation received and issue tax deductible receipts and non-tax deductible receipts
- Generate donation listing for IPC submission and be the IPC regulations requirements
- Use of the donor management system to update donor's Information
- Support general office duties and assist the General Manager on admin works
- Any other matters necessary to support the team and organisation

**Key Skills**
- Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to details
- Experience in basic accounting works is a bonus
- Proficient in MS Office software including Word and Excel
- Proficient in English with good oral and written communication skills

**Qualification & Characteristics**
- At least a Diploma from an accredited institution
- Ability to take initiative, priorities and work independently with limited supervision
