**Roles & Responsibilities**
**PROJECT & FINANCE ADMIN. ASSISTANT**
This position reports to the Managing Director.
The Project & Finance Admin. Assistant supports the Senior Accountant and Project Manager with administrative duties. You are required to ensure that the necessary processes and documentations are carried out according to procedures in a timely manner.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Process invoices to customers
- Updating cash book with received customer payment and supplier invoices
- Update payment received in the ACCPAC accounting system
- Update supplier invoices received in the ACCPAC accounting System
- Process staff expense claims
- Assist the Project Manager in updating the project documents to the Project Folders
- Data entry of Sales Orders (SO) from the project team in the ACCPAC accounting System
- Preparing Delivery Orders (DO) from the ACCPAC accounting System
- Assist to answer the office phone
- Assist to attend to any customer visits to the office
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the Managing Director
**Requirements**:
- Computer skills in Microsoft Programs such as Word, Excel
- Knowledge of finance and accounting practices
- Written and verbal communication skills in English
- Organized and detailed
- Independent and outgoing personality
- Ability to think out-of-the-box
