**Job Description**:
1. Admin & HR 1). Admin duties, Letters & Couriers receiving and sending, scanning, Data entry, Offices rental management, Liaise with the management office and landlord. Manage our service offices. Office daily operation management. Filing and data entry.
2). Maintenance of the HR document, Recruitment, Staff files, Meeting, Event arrangement and report, Client’s visiting accepting and recording. Attendance sheet and leave updated.
2.Accounts:
1). Patty cash, invoice accumulation, daily receivable & payable
2). Staff’s payroll and CPF calculation.
3). Reconciliation with Shenzhen company and Malaysian company
4)Helping the accountant for other accounts’ job.
3. External relations:
1). Liaise with government officer to deal with the company affairs related.
5 days’ work a week. Up to 14 days leaves annual. incentives, good office environment, Friendly colleagues from China, Malaysia & Singapore.
**Requirements**:
1).1 years above of relevant experience in a similar role.
2).Computer skills in MS Office.
3).Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4).Effective communication skills and a team player.
Working place and time:
1).5 days’ work 9.00 am to 6.00 pm 2).Work place Near Tanjong Pagar MRT Station
