**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - FRONT DESK**

The Employee shall have the following responsibilities and duties:
**Admin**
- Assist in answering and screening of phone calls
- Assist in attending to the door/guests
- Opening, scanning and segregating of mails to relevant officers
- Prepare postage
- Ordering of office supplies
- Other admin duties will be on ad-hoc basis
- Iron Mountain re archiving/retrieving
- Manage incoming/outgoing common seals
- Assist in daily tasks in Abi’s absence (arrange incoming/outgoing couriers etc)

**Finance**
- Scanning of invoices to Finance Team (PH)
- Liaise with Finance and prepare payments
- Prepare and provide Finance with invoice breakdown
- Filing of bank statements
- Other finance duties will be on ad-hoc basis

**IT**
- Assist on IT setups
- Update IT Inventory
- Quotes from Prime IT

Such other duties as may be assigned to the Employee from time to time.
