**Job Scope**:

- Analyse customer databsae via CRM tools to provide business insight to cross functional department
- Generate idea and implement for CRM marketing to boost business effciency
- Oversee, manage and updates on customer database
- Analyse the result & data from CRM campaign and provide business insight/recommendation
- Schedule and ensure EDM sharing to customers
- Provide assignment in related to CRM and ensure proper execution has been done by Sales Team
- Analyse customer's portfolio & needs
- Monitor and prepare weekly sales funnel & CRM campaigns report
- Plan & develop network with customer under SalesForce Marketing Cloud (SFMC); Identify and extract target database on SFMC

**Job Requirement**:

- Knowledgeable in data visualization data analysis
