We are looking to drive sales and growth via CRM and customer loyalty rewards, and looking to hire an experienced and hands-on Junior CRM Executive to join our Marketing team and enhance our overall customer experience.

In this role, you will support the CRM Manager in the development and growth of BHG’s CRM and loyalty initiatives, while working with the team to implement strategic relationships with various partners to generate customer acquisition and drive conversion and sales.

You will be manage the following:

- Execution of CRM strategies to retain existing customers, acquire new members and increasing brand loyalty
- Analyse our customer and sales related data, and make recommendations to improve performance and customers’ engagements
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with brands, landlords, institutions and other relevant parties to drive conversion and sales, as well as other objectives as aligned with our business goals
- Monitor competitor’s activities and data, as well as current market performance and trends to ensure our CRM and loyalty programs remain competitive and attractive
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure successful implantation of CRM strategies

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

- At least 1-2 years of prior experience in a similar role is mandatory - within the retail industry is a bonus
- Strong analytic skills - experience with Tableau software is a must
- Proven ability in taking relevant data and drawing conclusions, strategizing and executing to maximise ROI
- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Applications, Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop software
- Ability to build rapport and form strong connections with people at all levels
- Ability to think strategically, then roll up your sleeves and execute
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and handle pressure well
