**Mission**
The CRM Executive will be supporting our CRM Manager, SEAA in the co-ordination of events/activities, performing CRM administrative duties and generating CRM related reports to support in achieving CRM KPIs.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Support the CRM Manager on a year-round store CRM action plan aligning with our marketing campaign and sales objectives of store
- Plan, organize and execute CRM events with money-can’t-buy experiences, including and not limited to sourcing of vendors and ensuring smooth event execution
- Reporting of post event performance; report results and key learnings
- Generate weekly and monthly CRM reports to analyze the customer data (both quantitative and qualitative) and derive customer insights and business indications that monitor the performance of CRM KPIs; Recruitment Rate, Retention rate, Prospect Collection and Conversion rate
- Provide data support for regular & ad-hoc reporting, ensuring the right audience is correctly segmented and targeted effectively to optimize ROI.
- Manage and collaborate with the retail team for top client gifting - including Birthday and festive gifting to drive client engagement and sales conversion.
- Plan, implement and support the roll out of CRM campaigns (communicate to the stores and campaign creation on Salesforce)
- Collaborate with Store Manager and CRM ambassador on CRM related actions and projects and to provide support to the retail team in reaching CRM KPIs.
- Gather qualitative feedback from the stores on our CRM activities aiming to improve current practices.
- Support CRM administrative duties such as purchase order, vendor creation, invoice uploading.
- Support any CRM initiatives driven locally or by HQ.
- Provide support to the store during festive period.
- Any other ad hoc duties or projects.
**Profil**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing with minimum 2 years experience in marketing, events, or in similar capacity.
- Excellent project planning, organization skill, able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Creative, resourceful and strong analytical skills
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Pro-active and dependable team player
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in MS office especially MS excel and Power Poin
