**What will you be doing?**
- Developing a good working relationship with the fulfilment areas to ensure smooth co-ordination and completion of all tasks
- Ensuring client complaints are logged with the Client Servicing team and following
- up for resolution
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customer contacts acting as principal point of contact in Relationship Director’s absence
- Actively seeking out opportunities to grow income and / or free up the Relationship Director’s time
- Ensuring a robust customer contact strategy is in place. Representing the business in projects that impact on business as required
- Holding regular meetings with RD to review pipeline, financial performance and client activities
- Researching markets, identifying target names & preparing client strategies, playing a key role in ensuring client information is accurate & kept up to date
- Working with KYC team to obtain all relevant KYC documentation and ensuring they perform the KYC Refresh in a timely manner

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience of working in a regulated (Banking & Financial Services) environment
- Knowledge of cash management, trade & working capital, debt products and risk-weighted assets (RWA) optimization

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Local market knowledge and key players within
- Comprehensive knowledge of mandatory risk policies and procedures relating to credit conformance and regulatory, operational and legal risk
