**Admin and HR Executive Position**

**On-site Admin Support**
- Participate in preparation of documents for training programmes
- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets, assessment reports)
- Upkeep the cleanliness of the classrooms and ensure they are properly set up
- Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
- Act as a point-of-contact for trainer(s) and participants
- Handle fees receivable and ensure invoices are paid
- Resolve issues as they arise onsite
- Support training activities and report to the management any feedback received from the participants
- Recommend improvements for the smooth running of on-site processes
**Human Resources**
- Manage employee records, including new hire onboarding, terminations
- Update employee information in the HR system
- Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Coordinate and organise employee training sessions and maintain training records
- Assist with development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage employee time off requests, sick leave, vacation, and personal day offs
- Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of office procedures and billing
- Proficient in MS Office and Google apps (Working knowledge of databases and CRM is a plus)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
