The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in key account management, client servicing, or sales within the logistics or supply chain industry, particularly in contract logistics.


Job Description:
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their supply chain needs.
  • Develop strategies to retain and grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities for service expansion and upselling additional logistics solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service levels.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of contract logistics services.

Key Qualifications:
