Job Overview:

The role of a Client Relationship Manager - Wholesale Expert is to foster strong relationships with key clients in the wholesale domain, driving business growth and revenue expansion. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop strategic plans to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive client engagement strategies, aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging expertise in credit analysis, loan structuring, and market knowledge.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and progress updates, providing insights into market trends and Rabobank's value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communication, ensuring seamless handovers and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale clients environment, preferably 2 years within a product line.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining high-quality client relationships, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
