**Team Intro**:
E-commerce business center procurement via bidding center was established to integrate goods, services (warehousing, express logistics services, etc.) or intellectual property rights to achieve the best value for the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for SEA logistics solution design, both short-term and long-term. Regarding different stages of e-commerce development and different categories, work with cross functional teams to identify pain points, design the optimal solutions and optimize processes, procedures and system to gain better performance for platform, merchants, consumers, creators, institutions and ecology.
- Solutions including but not limited to 3PL management operation efficiency improvement, seller shipping experience improvement and logistics network optimization for local and cross-border last mile businesses.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams, resources and channels, ensure the designed solution is launched with high quality and rollout as planned.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Ecommerce logistics background
- System or process building from scratch
- English Proficiency

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- E-commerce thinking, customer-oriented, spirit of exploration, strong sense of responsibility, strong data analysis skill and project management skill, and rich experience in cross functional communication and coordination
