We are looking for a talented, self-directed growth marketing manager with an analytical mindset. You will be responsible for leveraging performance advertising to grow our e-commerce business. Concretely, you'll be working to develop strategies, execute campaigns and work with cross-functional colleagues to grow the business and also improve our tools and skills. Our team enables the business to achieve industry-leading growth and offers opportunities to work at the innovative edge of e-commerce growth.

1. Manage ad accounts on TikTok shopping ads and other mainstream channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) with considerable budgets and explore different ad formats to optimize performance (CPA, ROAS);
2. Define strategies to support various business goals including but not limited to new customer acquisition, retargeting, lead generation, etc.;
3. Accurate analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Bring insights into the business and form new methodologies;
4. Excited to tackle new challenges, provide solutions, and build strategies from 0 to 1;
5. Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-countries colleagues to serve critical objectives, and improve our product.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree and above are preferred;
2. 1-3 years of professional experience in a user growth role involving media-buy and performance ads strategy, preferably within e-commerce;
3. Proficiency in performance ads on TikTok Ads, Facebook, Google, Twitter, and other network media. In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital advertising platforms;
4. Passionate about e-commerce, and social shopping platforms;
5. Strong problem-solving skills and careful execution;
6. Strong team spirit, clear logic, priority awareness, passion, and sense of responsibility;
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
