About the team
Welcome to our Lifestyle team In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the creators for the category to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Onboard, educate and incubate lifestyle creators to drive Live stream/Short video content supply and quality
- Growing and nurturing Tiktok Shop lifestyle creators via both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication
- Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans/incentive policies for lifestyle creators to increase their content production diligence on TikTok Shop via matchmaking with different types of lifestyle sellers
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute creator-centric campaigns to drive lifestyle industry affiliate GMV growth, with healthy ROI
- Become familiar with internal creator management tools and creator-related data analysis
- Support all creator-related operational tasks when required

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- 3-5 years of working experience in managing Affiliates/KOLs, have creator networking, social media savvy
- Experience in dealing with KOLs together with key brands/products to make different types of content
- Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experiences in lifestyle industry or its relevant subcategories, with a strong understanding of brands, products, its usage and functionality and market networking
- Direct experience with the eCommrce industy
