The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

In this role you will drive consumer traffic into our platform with an aim to convert them via the planning and executing the different levels of our annual campaign calendar for the marketplace, specific categories or brands.

- Creating overall marketing strategy, media planning, project implementation and performance optimisation for TikTok Indonesia based on the deep understanding of Product, Operation and Integrated Marketing
- Conducting market research and determine brand areas to be improved
- Maintaining marketing campaign calendar. Coordinate on project timelines from ideation to launch
- To be comfortable dealing with data, with the ability to uncover insights and break them down into executable strategies on local marketing campaign
- Coordinating on production of high-quality marketing assets using a combination of internal resources and external vendors
- Coordinating with the team to manage a campaign budget, including planning, tracking and reporting
- Proactively researching market and industry trends to explore potential partnership in building new project opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of experience in creative/integrated marketing agencies, proven experience in identifying deep understanding of multi-media channels and integrated marketing campaign operation
- Up-to-date with the trends and best practices in Indonesia on mobile and content business
- Proactive and a fast learner, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes while working independently.
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines
- Excellent collaborative, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English
