About the team
TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.
We are seeking a highly skilled manager to join our APAC team as Operations Manager SEA,TikTok Shop SMB. The primary objective of this role will be to effectively manage and implement our commercial strategy, aiming to optimize ad monetization revenue generated from TikTok Shop merchants.

Responsibility
This role will play a crucial role in establishing greater alignment between TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads opportunities. There are two primary areas of focus:
**Sales Operations**:

- Drive the commercial strategy to maximize ad monetization revenue generated from TikTok Shop merchants.
- Optimize the Sales operating model and team structure, including designing test and scale structures to support merchants as advertisers on the platform.
- Define and enhance sales efforts and initiatives that positively impact success metrics within the context of TikTok Shop.
- Collaborate with TikTok Shop to outline go-to-market initiatives and monthly campaign strategies (e.g., mega sales packages).
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales Operations, Programs, Marketing, etc.) to acquire, onboard, and foster the growth of TikTok Shop merchants.
- Continuously develop a go-to-market strategy with Programs and SMB sales to ensure a seamless end-to-end execution of the merchant experience across the entire funnel (including onboarding on TikTok Shop and Ads).
- Develop best practices, tools, and templates to facilitate effective collaboration among teams, including providing regular project status updates and progress reports to leadership.

**Business Tracking and Analysis**:

- Contribute to the development of key metrics influenced by sales and non-sales engagements across both sales-touched and self-serve platforms, in collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 6-8 years of extensive experience in online marketing, sales, and product management/solutions at a large scale.
- Prior experience in e-commerce is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with working on different platforms is a valuable asset.
- Proficient in working collaboratively within a matrixed organization, effectively utilizing available resources.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong executive presence with the capability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations.
