About the Team
Enablement Manager is often the first to meet, inspire and engage prospecting SMBs. We are at the start of the sales funnel and responsible for generating new high value SMB prospects through strategic partnerships and nurturing them to activation. Our ultimate goal as a team is to empower new businesses and agencies to successfully grow with TikTok by identifying high value prospecting SMBs and moving them along the sales funnel by educating, consulting and activating them at scale. This is a new role that will require a balance of creative and ambitious thinking with deep operational and product know-how to translate new ideas into meaningful results.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with Strategic Partnerships Managers in designing and executing strategic partnership programs by anticipating the learning needs of the current and upcoming partnerships and owning program logistics
- Own and experiment with scaled enablement and activation initiatives to empower new SMBs successfully get started with TikTok advertising and ensure every new SMB gets timely follow-up and onboarding support by relevant TikTok teams
- Track and measure impact of enablement and activation initiatives on SMB acquisition, new advertiser retention, LTV and other key metrics to continuously optimize approach and impact
- Liaise with global SMB counterparts to understand other regions' enablement needs, challenges and strategy, and to exchange and adapt best practices for regional initiatives.
- Solicit input from diverse internal teams such as, Scaled Business Sales (SBS), Account Management (AM), Agency Partner Management (APM)teams, and High Value acquisition teams on learning needs based on common customer pain points, learning gaps and general obstacles for integration at the early stages of the customer lifecycle through partner programs and activation initiatives
- Maintain a strong connection with Product, Marketing, Programs and other cross-functional teams to stay abreast of SMB product pipeline, market trends, seasonal moment insights and best practices that can be integrated in partner programs
- Serve as primary POC on learning content for new advertisers and maintain a robust library of learning assets
**Qualifications**:
- 3 to 8 years relevant experience in B2B sales, marketing, or related field
- Experience owning and delivering on quantitative targets
- Track record of building impactful, sales-driven collaborations, ideally within SMB space
- Project planning and execution experience
- Demonstrated results working in highly cross-functional capacity
- Ability to translate data into clear narratives, operational strategies, and recommendations
- Comfort with ambiguity and demonstrated ability to creatively and effectively fill operational "white space" to drive results
- Experience prioritizing and managing tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
- A genuine passion for small business
