Job summary

Key job responsibilities
- Be the primary relationship owner for SMB focused communities, manage day-to-day interactions, aligning with key stakeholders and driving influenced revenue, adoption, market penetration through these organizations.
- Act as AWS ambassador and participate actively and build relationships within SMB relevant industry bodies, trade associations, communities and represent AWS within the SMB communities.
- Identify, develop and nurture engagements with SMB focused bodies and ensure they have full awareness and access to the full spectrum of the resources and programs AWS has to offer.
- Evangelize AWS’ value proposition and business impact to SMB Industry influencers and leaders to ensure they’re successfully engaging with AWS to develop a long-term strategic mindset that will cascade influence within the SMB community.
- Land and implement SMB specific go-to-market programs with these organizations and own the execution plan and success of the programs.
- Business development/Partnership experience and the ability to have peer-to-peer engagements with CxOs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
- Experience of working in the SMB segment including customers, Industry bodies/communities and adjacent organizations - good understanding of how the industry (all elements) operates and interact with each other.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
