**Responsibilities**:
- Create a launch strategy for e-commerce (EC), and mobilize support and resources from x-functional teams for execution
- Build a highly energetic local team from scratch for launch and lay a solid foundation for future business and organization development
- Leverage experience and local network to recruit the first batch of sellers and make recommendations on initial product strategy
- Assure the compliance with local laws and regulations of the launching efforts
- Contribute to the long-term strategic planning for the market and be the critical founding member of the local team
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5+ years of experience with major EC marketplaces with strong connection to local seller resources
- Good understanding of the consumer demands, payment, logistics and overall regulatory landscape
- Good communication and leadership skills, hard-working and open-minded
Preferred Qualification
- Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video is a preference), practical experience in the social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories is a plus
- Strong network of E-Commerce industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation is preferred
