**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for leveraging third-party agency's capabilities to grow local TikTok Shop e-commerce ecosystem
- Responsible for TikTok Shop agencies business growth, including but not limited to GMV growth contributed by agencies, number of agencies growth, etc
- To educate both TikTok Shop external participants and internal counter-parties about agencies preposition and value-add

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- More than 4 years of relevant experience with e-commerce and content operation is a plus
- Strong logic-thinking and structural-thinking ability, as well as client-facing ability
- Proficient in written and spoken English
