About This Role
We are looking for a seasoned Backend Engineer to join our TikTok Shop engineering team, where you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance architecture for supply chain and logistics algorithm online services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance architecture for TikTok Shop Logistics algorithm online services and data processing link infrastructure.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering problems and improve R&D efficiency.
- Collaborate with other engineers to abstract and precipitate general business architecture.

Requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- 5 years experience developing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one of Java/Golang/Python.
- Familiarity with mainstream KV (Redis/MongoDB), ElasticSearch, and vector retrieval architecture.
- Experience with multi-threading and high-performance design, coding, and performance tuning.
