**Key function of the role**:
**Manage the local APAC Sales back office teams located in Malaysia, India, Greater China, Japan and Singapore and covering the entire APAC region. Lead them to best performance, provide them with all necessary support to fulfill their job.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and leadership in the order-processing operations within company
- Support and implementation of new business schemes after confirmation with HQ
- Work with projects within Back Office activities
- Provide trainings for Sales Back Office and Sales teams
- Planning and implementing of operational goals, policies and procedures
- Monitoring staff activities
- Develop relationships with all Sales teams across APAC region
- Lead the order management team placing sales orders into company’s order management system
- Develop relationships and processes with sales, sales enablement, IT, legal, finance and other stakeholders to identify and address reporting issues
- Control activation codes processing for sales promos
- Control activation codes’ blocking / registration and monitoring recording approvals for auditing purposes
- Pro-actively train Distributors on Kaspersky Order Management System
- Confirm Distributors blocking with appropriate Departments
- Creating and maintaining unified and cross-territory processes and procedures
- Regular updates to Line Manager for the region
- Support any other duties reasonably determined by the Company

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience of working as a team leader with multi-centered employees
- Experience of working with multi-cultural team
- Experience of working with Order Management Systems (including SalesForce/ Axapta/ CRM Systems)
- Experience of working in IT company will be an advantage
- MS Office advanced user
- Customer-oriented and resilient
- Strong project management skills
- Situational analysis and decision making abilities
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Strong and effective facilitation, stakeholder interviewing and presentation skills
- Have a structured way of working and working with high degree of accuracy
- Able to work with data and have skills to work with it
- Motivated, ambitious and enjoy taking responsibility for your work
