**Business Management & Operations**:

- Support the day-to-day operations of ICONIQ’s APAC business, acting as primary liaison to ICONIQ’s COO and various back-office teams to drive operational improvements and efficiency, including delivery of tools, systems, and infrastructure to support risk management, analytics, and centralized reporting capability relevant for the growth and scale of the APAC franchise.
- Support the annual business planning and budget process for ICONIQ APAC, including documentation of the APAC business strategy and submission or justification of the various headcount and non-headcount related budgetary requests.
- Work with Legal & Compliance, SG and US client teams, and ISG to standardize materials for APAC prospecting, balance sheet and portfolio management activities, and investment frameworks.
- Work with the Singapore CCO and broader Legal & Compliance team to ensure that ICONIQ’s APAC business remains compliant with APAC regulatory regimes, most notably the MAS.
- Keep up to date with Family Office industry policies and news as it relates to local regulatory schemes and incentives (e.g., MAS schemes, 13X, 13R, Digital Acceleration Grant, etc.), Family Office forums and events where ICONIQ could participate in or contribute to.
- Assist with day-to-day office management, including the establishment and enforcement of office-related policies and procedures, as well as management of all office-related vendors, most notably Edge Technology Group.

**Investment Strategy**:

- Work with ISG to ensure the APAC client team is armed with sufficient information regarding various investment opportunities so that they can effectively pitch opportunities to current APAC clients and prospects.
- Work with ISG to provide the APAC client team with sufficient insight into ongoing diligence work for the Building Block (where possible) so that they can effectively articulate recent and upcoming Building Block investment activity to APAC LPs.
