**Job Role and Responsibilities**:

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and leads to generate additional revenue and stay ahead of the competition
- Developing and delivering sales presentations and proposals to potential customers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues.
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics to achieve sales targets.
- Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and sales activities
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new sales opportunities
- Participating in trade shows and events to generate new leads and expand brand awareness.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive growth

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively build and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to successfully close sales deals.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues.
- Understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
