About the Role:

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Technical Account Manager (TAM) with strong pre-sales expertise to join our growing team in Singapore. This role combines client relationship management with hands-on technical support and pre-sales engagement. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer success and promoting solution adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Account Management:

  • Serve as the main technical point of contact for key customers.
  • Build strong client relationships and understand their cybersecurity needs.
  • Oversee solution deployment, integration, and adoption.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and deliver performance reports.

Pre-Sales Support:

  • Partner with sales to deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and PoCs.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
  • Communicate technical value to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.
  • Provide customer feedback for product improvement.
  • Advocate for customers to resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or Pre-Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of security domains: SIEM, SOC, EDR/XDR, IAM, Zero Trust, Cloud, and Network Security.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
