Engineer (Pre-sales)

**Undertake the role of a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders on technical issues, e.g. specification, drawing and costing.**:
- **Plan and manage the sourcing and selection of suppliers for procurement of products/materials. This will involve an initial supplier survey, qualification and risk assessment of new suppliers.**:
- **Proper storage and filing of information gathered into central database.**:
- **Perform tender compliance by working closely with vendors and extracting information from central database.**:
- **Attend sales kick-off meetings and ensure that materials are procured accurately according to the customer’s requirements.**:
- **Issuance of purchase order and verify supplier invoice for payment.**:
- **Conducting pre-delivery inspections once production is completed.**:
- **Proper handover to logistics department to execute delivery in a timely manner.**
**Job Requirement**:
- **Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics preferred) will be an added bonus.**:
- **Strong analytical skills accompanied by attention to details. Persons that can read numbers and translate them into strategy.**:
- **Can-do attitude and goal-oriented. Passionate to learn and discover new techniques and tools to stand out in the fast-growing competitive environment.**:
- **MUST be able to converse in Mandarin and English**

- **Ubi (5 mins walk from Ubi Mrt Station)**:
- **5-Day Work Week**:
- **Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 6.30pm**
