**Job Summary**
We are looking for Commercial Excellence & Strategic Manager that will drive commercial excellence initiatives including CRM, customer segmentation, pricing with the objective to improve all driven positions of the organization and improve customer experience. This role will be responsible in assessing all customer-facing functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience/Service, market access and development. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
**Sales support, CRM and Customer Segmentation**
- Establish the strategically aligned objectives for driving various aspects of commercial excellence.
- Build and drive metrics for measuring efficiency of each program.
- Lead the analysis, competitive comparison, and customer / channel input to the design of diagnostics, programs, resource deployment and incentive methodologies.
- Take lead in building evolving strategy for business capabilities services as well as the next-generation business tool set design.
- Assist the Vice President, Pressure Management Asia Pacific with the ongoing formulation of channel and market optimization models and the diagnostics' design to support value creation
- Encourage the business towards appropriate improvement / development
- Collaborate with group executive leadership and world area representatives to define a consistent, collective set of key performance indicators for sales and channel performance, price realization, Net Promoter Score, and sales efficiency.
- Head the iterative approach of product segmentation and portfolio health to optimize Strategic Business Unit offerings and advise price optimization activities.
- Guide the strategic roadmap of future capabilities and functionality to be aligned with customer and sales programs and the evolution of channel design. Help to craft enablement in technology solutions like CRM and the online webstore experience.
- Develop and maintain strong portfolio of sales and service training programs crafted to expedite the onboarding of new resources and deepen the capabilities of existing field representatives.
**Strategic Pricing**:
- Build vision for pricing the best standard processes in our business and implement programs to help realize the vision.
- Work with pricing analytics team to uncover pricing inconsistencies, opportunities and challenges.
- Work with channel to ensure price realization programs are delivering results.
- Responsible for the Collaboration and partnership with Price Council; facilitate data-driven price reviews.
- Encourage visibility and importance of pricing discipline within organization.
**Data Management & Analytics**:
- Responsible for leading in-market sales data and provide recommendations based on the insights derived from the sales data.
- Champion trends within the countries; regular review with regional team.
- Conduct various kinds of sales analysis together with sales team to acquire market and business insights, opportunity and risk assessment.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or technical field; MBA, or other Master’s Degree preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of related experience in channel, product, business development dealing with direct or indirect selling models.
- Quick study and able to handle critical matters, with multiple initiatives ongoing simultaneously.
- Strong communication (written / verbal) skills.
- Ability to motivate change in the organization; encourage others to achieve the goal.
