Job Title: Sales and Marketing Strategist

The successful candidate will lead sales force effectiveness, business insights, and commercial excellence initiatives in Southeast Asia markets.

This role involves driving strategic partnerships, developing and managing metrics and reporting frameworks, conducting market research, and analyzing competitor movements to provide strategic recommendations for market positioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the commercial excellence roadmap across Southeast Asia markets aligned with business objectives and growth ambitions.
  • Design and administer incentive compensation schemes to drive performance for the Singapore commercial team.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports to support commercial decision-making through real-time and historical performance insights.
  • Lead cross-functional engagements with sales, marketing, finance, and other stakeholders to drive alignment on commercial priorities and project implementation.
  • Track competitor movements, pricing strategies, and product launches to provide strategic recommendations for market positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Excellence, Analytics, or Strategy roles with a strong quantitative orientation.
  • Proven expertise in sales operations, forecasting, and incentive modeling.
  • Advanced skills in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analytics.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with demonstrated success managing cross-market projects in a matrixed environment.
