Commercial Excellence & Enablement Executive (Business Analyst / Sales Enablement / FMCG)
Salary: Up to $4,000/month

About the Role
Our client, a well-established player in the FMCG sector, is seeking a Commercial Excellence & Enablement Executive to strengthen their commercial decision-making and optimise sales operations. This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds as Business Analysts, Commercial Analysts, or Sales Enablement Executives who thrive in data-driven, collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Profitability Analysis

  • Analyse top-line and bottom-line metrics to guide commercial strategies
  • Identify volume-mix shifts, optimise product mix, and improve margin contribution
  • Conduct scenario modelling for contract renewals and pricing strategies
  • Oversee spend and pricing strategies; ensure compliance with Tender SOP
  • Partner with finance and commercial teams to align planning with sales objectives

2. Commercial Enablement & Process Optimisation

  • Implement and enhance sales processes to boost efficiency and reduce manual workload
  • Prepare reports tracking project KPIs, milestones, and outcomes
  • Support rollout and adoption of new tools, systems, and SOPs
  • Conduct user training and onboarding sessions for sales teams
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams for system enhancements and UAT

3. Strategic Support & Initiatives

  • Support presentations, negotiations, and projects with ad-hoc analysis
  • Deliver data-driven insights to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Data Analytics
  • 3–5 years' experience in Commercial Excellence, Financial Analysis, or related roles (FMCG experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP
  • Experience in growth-stage or startup environments is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional, data-driven environment
