Strategic Business Analyst Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of commercial excellence roadmaps, aligned with business objectives and growth ambitions.
  • Develop and manage metrics and reporting frameworks to assess sales team productivity and return on investment, delivering data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Conduct market research and quantitative analysis to deliver reliable forecasts, monitor trends, and uncover new business opportunities in the healthcare industry.
  • Design, administer, and analyze incentive compensation schemes to drive performance, specifically for commercial teams.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports to support commercial decision-making through real-time and historical performance insights.
  • Lead cross-functional engagements with sales, marketing, finance, and other stakeholders to drive alignment on commercial priorities and project implementation.
  • Track competitor movements, pricing strategies, and product launches to provide strategic recommendations for market positioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Excellence, Analytics, or Strategy roles with a strong quantitative orientation.
  • Proven expertise in sales operations, forecasting, and incentive modeling.
  • Advanced skills in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analytics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
