Job Description

The Senior Commercial Excellence Manager role is pivotal in driving commercial excellence and operational rigor across ASEAN, Korea, Australia, and New Zealand.

This position partners with regional commercial teams, finance, and marketing to support strategic initiatives, streamline processes, and enhance forecasting and performance.

About the Role

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Commercial Excellence Manager to lead and elevate the business across the region.

You'll work closely with leaders, modality teams, finance, marketing, and order management to support profitable growth and streamline commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with commercial and operations teams to achieve order targets and optimize business outcomes.
  • Lead operational execution and forecasting through robust operating mechanisms.
  • Deliver actionable analytics to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance.
  • Drive process alignment across ASEAN, Australia, and New Zealand.
Commercial Excellence & Rigor
  • Lead initiatives and simplification efforts to improve commercial excellence.
  • Provide analytical measures of commercial operation rigor and provide key insights to the leadership team.
  • Liaise with commercial & operation teams to identify challenges and drive consistent solutions across the region.
