**Commercial Excellence**
- Co-develop commercial initiatives to improve commercial performance of Partner Services / Global Accounts
- Support the Senior Manager Global Accounts, Commercial Excellence Managers and the Senior Commercial Excellence Specialists executing commercial initiatives to improve channel performance (e.g. projects related to go-to-market, data support and analysis, monitoring and steering).
- Create and deliver educational materials and implementation packages as required to support the effective implementation of new products and features for Global Accounts
- Coordinate with relevant global & regional teams to ensure adequate implementation, communication, training & tracking of successful Commercial Excellence projects.
- Influence regional product roadmaps, understanding scope, scale, and consequence of rollouts
- Identify commercial and operational improvements by collecting information, generating insights and recommendations.
- Ensure cross channel aligned approach to drive go-to-market projects to improve Partner performance
- Support local offices, areas and regions in all relevant partner services areas
- Business impact
- Have a clear understanding of, and influence on, the business impact of team projects for Global Accounts segments
- Monitor implementation of new business initiatives and be able to identify and communicate opportunities to iterate
- Actively support others to find clarity on business initiatives and be widely accepted in the business as a key driver of value creation towards business ambitions.
- Be able to create consistent reporting to showcase results and business impact on different projects.
- Stakeholder Management
- Use expertise and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and innovate towards achieving ambitions together, delivering solutions and creating high performing working relationships
- Influence and align various stakeholders across local management and commercial excellence leadership levels of the business (APAC Commercial Excellence Team, Senior Manager Global Accounts, KAMs across APAC for Global Accounts, Regional Directors).
**Requirements of special knowledge/skills**
- A proven track record in commercial performance.
- Proven & consistent track record of creating and executing business plans and accomplishing set targets and expectations.
- Strong commercial knowledge that drives business planning, expectations management and solution generation
- Able to translate business needs/complex problems into small, actionable solutions and prioritize them according to business value and impact.
- Knowledge of change management curve and ability to influence all stakeholders towards positive change adoption
- Experience in executing regional
- or large scale initiatives/changes preferred
- Data driven, customer focused, proactive, creative and innovative.
- Building relationships and stakeholder management across different departments
- Knowledge of my SQL, Google datastudio preferred (or willingness to learn)
- Strong communication, and influencing skills.
